Per our policy, we only provide a proof after receipt of payment and only when requested during the checkout process. Additionally, if we have any questions about your order due to insufficient information, I will send a proof to confirm that the design is correct.

• Proofs are sent within 1-3 business days of receiving your order.
• We will only print and ship upon receiving approval of your design. Please note that if you don't approve right away, your design will be shipped to you based on the last design sent through.
• If we don't receive your feedback on the proof within 2 business days, your order will be shipped as seen in the preview.

Yes, we do offer pickup at our studio at 60 Pacific Court Unit 3, in London Ontario. Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm. If you cannot pick up during our business hours you will need to ship your order :) 

Yes, we offer wholesale pricing! Bulk orders with special pricing applied are not covered by our free shipping to the US and Canada guarantee. An applicable flat rate will apply due to the weight of the package. We do our best to ensure the flat rate shipping fee for wholesale orders is as low as possible. Our current processing time is 1-3 Business Days. Your delivery time depends on where you reside and what you purchase.

These are sent by Regular parcel with tracking info and takes about 3-10 business days depending on where you live.

If your order is time sensitive, need Overnight or Extra fast shipping, UPS option is available to you upon checkout for 1-2 business days delivery.

Our current processing time is 1-3 Business Days. Your delivery time depends on where you reside, but as a general rule by standard mail within North America it will be between approx 3-9 business days and up to an estimated 30 business days everywhere else.

All USA orders will come with a tracking number. Most International orders will come with a tracking number as well depending on availability through our partner couriers. If your order will come with tracking, you will be able to view it through your order history once the package has been shipped to you, otherwise no tracking will be listed.

Unfortunately when the item has shipped out, the post office is not able to hold the package for an address change.

If you are in Canada, you have two options: repurchase the item(s) OR pay for the return shipping penalty from the courier as well as the shipping fee to resend the package back to you.

If you are in the US, unfortunately you will have to repurchase the order as it will not return to us in Canada.

We ensure to securely pack all orders, however we do understand that damages happen while in transit. Please contact us at hello@theinkpot.ca within 3 days of delivery so we can help you out!

We offer cancellations on orders, please contact us at hello@theinkpot.ca within 1 hour of purchase.

Because of the nature of customized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for them.
