I messaged the seller on a Thursday aftern...

I messaged the seller on a Thursday afternoon and needed my item overnighted to make it for my wedding that was on the coming Saturday. They were happy and willing to fulfill my request and even stayed late on Thursday to make my cake topper so they could ship it out the same night. I received it Friday and it was just as it looked in the pictures! Very happy with the customer service and would recommend!
